Dr. Tews offers a wealth of experience in working with community challenges, provider burnout, military-related special needs, and solution-focused interventions that can be applied to organizations, community programs, and churches. She is also experienced in training clinical supervisors in best practice supervision skills and establishing practicum and internship sites in accordance with accreditation standards (CACREP and APA).


School consultation and in-classroom observations are also available. These opportunities allow us to problem solve the needs of school age children in real time and often offer a cost effective intervention that prevents further academic and behavioral problems from occurring and offers a classroom-friendly, teacher supportive resource.e.
